concerning how such information is used and how we protect your information. We

PRIVACY POLICY
Business Information Collected by ISTEEP
ISTEEP collects the Business Information necessary to enable us
to respond to your requests for our products and services and to send you
information regarding our products and services from time to time.
ISTEEP.com. When you visit ISTEEP.com, you may be asked to
submit information such as e-mail address, company name, address and phone, etc This information
is collected to help us process your requests for information.
Product Registration. You may be asked to complete registration
form(s) on our site with contact information for use by ISTEEP. Registration information
may include your personal name, name of district, product purchased and other
relevant information.
ISTEEP. Upon registering and using the ISTEEP service, we may
collect various information (in addition to the information collected on the
Order form) which includes IP Address, Browser, Connection Speed, Domain,
Referring URL and other environment related information. This information is
used to 1) provide a secure environment for the use of these services and 2)
compute statistical information about the customers using these services in
aggregate form. Where applicable, we also collect billing information to enable
us to bill you for these services.
Disclosure of Your Business Information
ISTEEP will not disclose any Business Information to third
parties unless we receive your prior permission. In the following limited
circumstances we will consider, and may release, Business Information to third
parties: (1) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation,
search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (2) in special cases, such as
protecting the rights, property or safety of ISTEEP, our customers or others.
Student Assessment Data
Business Information collected by ISTEEP as set forth above does
not include student data entered in the course of using our products (“Student
Data”). Except as specifically set forth herein, ISTEEP will not access your
Student Data nor will we disclose your Student Data to any third parties.
ISTEEP will not access Student Data entered by you in the course
of using the Service except in the following limited circumstances: (i) to provide you with technical support, solely at your
request and with your permission; (ii) on a limited-access basis to install
updates or produce regular backups. ISTEEP will not provide your ISTEEP Student
Data to any third party or permit any third party to access your ISTEEP Student
Data, except by your permission or to comply with valid legal requirements such
as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order. In addition, if
at any time you decide to discontinue your use of the ISTEEP Service, your
ISTEEP Student Data will be destroyed and removed from all servers according to
the terms set forth in the ISTEEP User License Agreement. You will be offered
the option of receiving a copy of all such data prior to its destruction.
How ISTEEP Protects Your Privacy Internally
ISTEEP wants your business information to remain as secure as
reasonably possible. We combine industry-standard technical safeguards with a code
of conduct for those employees that are permitted to access our customers’
business information.
ISTEEP is hosted on servers with enhanced security. These measures include:
ISTEEP Student Data will be submitted via SSL encryption and
stored on a server equipped with industry standard firewalls. On the employee side, every ISTEEP employee
is trained on our privacy and security procedures. Only authorized ISTEEP
employees are permitted to access your Business Information or Student Data,
and all such employees, agents or independent contractors must agree in writing
to abide by our Privacy Statement. Those employees that violate our Privacy Statement
are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Despite these security measures, ISTEEP does not represent or
warrant that Business Information will be protected against loss, misuse,
attacks, or alteration by third parties.
